For 50 years, the Southeast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has presented EMMY Awards honoring outstanding achievements in television excellence throughout the Southeast region including designated market areas in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Asheville, North Carolina. The awards are presented at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Grand Ballroom in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia.
